Wout Boelens IT may have access to the mailboxes, but only when necessary to provide technical support. Both DJ DÉDÉ and Wout Boelens IT treat all email communication as strictly confidential.

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to manage and send our newsletters.

When you subscribe via our form, your data (name and email address) is securely stored on Brevo’s servers. Brevo processes this data exclusively to send newsletters on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes.   • Newsletter data: retained until you unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of each email

  • Contact form data: retained as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry

  • Analytics / technical data: retained according to the retention policies of Google Analytics

We only share your personal data with third parties when necessary for our services, such as:

  • For our newsletters (Brevo)

  • Our hosting provider (Cloud86)

  • Analytics service providers (Google Analytics)

All parties have appropriate data processing agreements in place.
